We have taken both technical and organizational precautionary measures to ensure that your information is not deleted – either by accident or illegally – and furthermore that it is not published, lost, debased, brought to the attention of unauthorized personnel, misused or in any other way used unlawfully.

Purpose

Retention Period

The information is stored for a limited time period allowed by law, and we delete the information when it is no longer needed. The exact period of time is dependent on the nature of the information and the specific reason for storing it. Because of this, it is not possible to state a general time frame, during which the information is stored.

Disclosure of information

Data concerning your use of the website, the ads you receive and possibly click on,  geographical location, your gender and age, etc., is disclosed to third parties to the extent that the information is provided. To see the specific third parties, check the paragraph above named “Cookies”. The information disclosed to third parties is used for targeting ads. In addition, a range of third parties is used for storing and processing data. These third parties process information solely on our behalf, and may not use the information for their own purposes.

Disclosure of personal information such as name and email, etc., is only possible if you give your full consent. We solely use data processors within the EU or countries, that can provide sufficient protection.

Access and right of redress

You have the right to know which of your personal data is stored and processed by us. If you do not want us to store and process your information, you have the right to object to this at any time. Have you given your consent regarding the processing of your data, you also have the right to withdraw this. If some of the information that is stored about you is wrong, let us know so we can correct or delete it, by writing to us at info@weiz.dk. If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, you can also contact the Danish Data Protection Agency.
