Cathy cardigan knitting kit

The story of the Cathy cardigan is the story of a knitting pattern that had to go through so much before it was finally finished, all perfect. Cathy cardigan was actually the first knit cardigan, I designed. It was also send to test and the pattern was all finished. But I wasn't completely satisfied. I could just feel, that it deserved a little more love.

Well, long story short, after several attempts, the Cathy cardigan is now ready in a beautiful updated version.

The Cathy cardigan is knitted from the top down with 1 thread of our own Merino & Alpaca mix and 2 threads of Kid Mohair & Alpaca mix. It has gorgeous raglan increases and Intarsia rib on the side. The rib edges are knitted in a contrasting colour and with a glitter thread as an effect. The fit is classic and relatively tight.

First colour mentioned is main, second is for rib. Colour Icy mint is knitted with 1 thread Cream white Merino & Alpaca mix and 2 threads Icy mint Kid Mohair & Alpaca mix.
