Upcycled Vesper jacket #3 - size S|M

One of a kind – handmade by me in Copenhagen.

Upcycling has been part of my work since I started WEIZ Copenhagen 25 years ago. I love taking something that no longer works for its original purpose and giving it a completely new life.

This Vesper Jacket started life as a couple of beautiful scarves that had been sitting in my stockroom for far too long. The fabric was beautiful and substantial, but simply a little too thick to work well as scarves.

So, naturally, I came up with a new idea.

I turned them into this short Vesper Jacket and added decorative stitching in gold thread, giving the fabric a quilted look and adding a little extra WEIZ magic.

I made the jacket myself in my Copenhagen studio.

How it fits

Sturdy neon green fabric with an embossed off-white floral pattern.

Decorative gold stitching creates a quilted look.

Short style with a wide tie belt at the waist.

The fit is loose and slightly boxy and unlined.

The jacket is available in S|M.

Wear it like this

Wear it over a simple T-shirt, shirt or knit when your outfit needs a little extra colour and personality.

Or throw it over a dress when you want to make a simple look a little more WEIZ.

Or simply wear it for what it is: A little piece of wearable art.

Quality & care

Handmade by me in my Copenhagen studio.

Made from existing scarves from my stock.

Sturdy fabric with an embossed floral texture and decorative gold stitching.

Hand wash.

Only a very limited number can be made, and once the scarves are gone, that's it.
