Braided Statement Belt

Almost 20 years ago, I bought a braided gold belt in Berlin. It has been with me ever since and has gradually become something of a statement belt – and if you’ve followed me on Instagram, you’ve definitely seen it more than once. 

I’ve worn it countless times, so I’ve been looking for a belt that could finally take the place of my beloved gold belt.

And now I’ve found it.

These braided belts look a million dollars, in my opinion. They have a simple, slightly luxurious feel and are the kind of accessory that can make a real difference to an outfit.

I’ve been wearing the brown one pretty much ever since I opened the box. So it has already passed the most important test: I actually want to wear it again and again!

How it is

Braided belt in imitation leather.

5 cm wide. 110 cm long.

Belt loop to keep the end neatly in place.

Available in brown and black.

Wear it like this

Use it to define the waist on your Linda shirt dress or Liva Suit, or pair it with a Merle skirt to give your outfit a little more shape and personality.

It works just as well over a dress as with a skirt – and it’s the kind of accessory that can make an outfit you already have in your wardrobe feel a little new again.
